It doesn't normally matter what size the crabs are, they all get along. I have smalls and jumbos in the same tank without problems.
And, don't worry, I have never been able to see those darn gonopores, so I have no idea what I have.

Haaaven't figured out the pics yet...

I have to read it...along with my husband... he is the computer genius...

I am waiting for him, he went to the petshop to exchange the heating pad I had bought there, it was too small for my 20 gal... He'll be back after supper. I am trying to set their new Crabitat... Got the dry sand, the humidity gauge, a huge shell to make a bath for them ( with little rocks in the bottom) many shells...and all I had for them (food, salt, dishes, etc)

I found pieces of drift wood on the St-Laurent river's shore... can I boil them and put them in their tank ? I don't know what kind of wood it is made of...But, is boiling them good enough to make them safe?

Can I use any kind of fabric or plastic plants for the decor???

Won't the metal wire in their stems rust and be harmful to them?

I will try to get them...all of them! They are 8.99$ CAN. each... I saw two of them in there... maybe there is another one hiding... cause it was a tank very high on the shelf... hehehe!

They are now in their new Crhabitat!!!

They were happy to be on the fine sand again! Walking all over the tank and trying their skills at climbing on the plastic plants...

I have been putting some saran wrap on the screen top to make it easier to keep the humidity... Since I have no glass top yet...

It's ugly... but it works fine...

seems my guy is quite small compared to most pics Ive seen
and he is still destressing.he kind of digs a bunker but doesn't bury himself

HOw are you keeping your crabitat warm? I am using a 10 gal fish aquarium and the overhead lighting is perfect for 77*F but when I turn the light out at night (it is in my sons room) it goes down to 70* by morning.

This little guy has found someone to love him even if he is tiny! He is sure a lucky fellow! Have you seen this pic where you see the smallest HC compared to a penny? this! is reeealllly tiny! [smilie=laugh.gif]

I have an under tank heater, on my 20 gal. it is a 10" x 11" inches. It does the job really good. Costs 29.99$ CAN. At Jonas. My 20 gal is 12" x 24" inches, so I have half of the tank that stays fresher if they want to... I put my salty water in this half.

I did some new decoration in my tank this afternoon see:
