I believe it's OK you just need to be careful of mold if it's consistently 100%. Hopefully someone more experienced will come by soon and clarify.

High humidity is harmless to crabs, as long as you know your tank isnt flooding. From what it appears, your tank can flood without high humidity, because water is soaking at the bottom of your tank, and it doesnt exactly wick or evaporate upward. Have you been misting too much? With a name like misty, I might be over vigilant

If you've recently set up your tank or have added a significant amount of substrate, humidity can be crazy-high for a while. When I redid the substrate in the 10g in October, the humidity was consistently in the very high 90s and only recently dropped into the upper 80s. Just finished the 29g today so I know I can expect those insane humidity numbers for quite a while. As others have said, high humidity doesn't phase the crabs but can increase the chances of mold, especially on wood items.
