This was proven on mythbusters (i love that show).
Did Jamie make it do math? Cause I could see that. I love his shoes and beret. I'm so incredibly pathetic. [smilie=worry.gif]

I so appreciate that. On one hand it's a shame that I'm not better acclimated to pedantic culture because I could have been a psychologist, or teacher, or an archaeologist, or some other field that interests me, but instead I'm just me. I do find one can still have a positive effect on the world just by being the best me I can be and try to lead by example...but I digress....

The only thing that comes to mind with near death experiences are the levels of subconscious, and how we descend into them as we lose oxygen and our brain synapses quit firing, and the chemicals that are released during that process which may explain the dream-like state which congers the near death experiences and it's similarities with everyone despite culture, ect. But then we could get into the whole Carl Jung idea of archetypal images and the super-conscious.

Something equally as interesting that I have seen associated with genetic memory is past life experiences......that they may actually be the genetic memories of our ancestors. I thought that was a very cool idea.

LMBO.....i think ADam rocks....

He trained gold fish to find their way to thru sections of plexi glass with holes highlighted with color.
Each time the fish would go directly to the holes with out hesitating, he would add another piece of plexi glass. Over a period of a few days (i think it may have been up to two weeks ---it's been a while since i saw it) he trained the fish. In the end, the fish could remember how to get thru the "maze" to their food. I think it took a minute for them to get through.

You can still do whatever you want to do can't you?

What if I were to tell you I am a product of both an NDE and have memories of past lives? And that I believe much of it resides outside of the brain? Can consciousness extend beyond the physical and embrace a reality far deeper than current science will yet admit? 8)
