Vinegar question

I got our tank moved to the new place and set up again, all 40 gallons of it. It's like being a new crabber all over again! Lol I can't remember stupid things like...do I wait until the vinegar smell has dissipated before putting my little fellers back in? If so, about how long does that take?
I feel bad that they've been in their moving tote for so long, but so far they seem ok. They're on the kitchen counter for the time being, and it's kind of nice to see them so much!

But yes, good idea to let it dissipate!
