Hi! I know I've been on this forum for a year but I'm asking because I haven't had a small tank in a while and always feel i don't have enough stuff.
.5" of substrate
.1 Hide
.2 Crabs
.Salt and fresh water they can submerge into
.Coral thing to climb on
.I use to substrates, half of the tank is Repti Bark that they CAN'T burry themselves in, the other half is Eco Earth that they can.
.small cholla wood piece
.fat but really tiny cholla wood piece
Does my ten gallon set up sound good?
Does my ten gallon set up sound good?
Just the basic 10 gallon set up with 2 crabs, plus a 55 gallon at my dad's.

How many crabs are in the tank? They really need substrate that they can bury in across the entire bottom of the tank. You can keep two to three tiny/small crabs in a ten gallon tank but if they are any larger they need to be in at least a 20 gallon for now.
Using substrate that they can't bury in increases the risk of cannibalism and unsafe molting.
