Is it good and when can I buy one cuz its never available.... If never, where else can i buy it, also is it useful?

You'd be likely to find something similar in the clay modelling section of a place that sells art supplies... though its more fun to get a special crabby spoon with an order of cute, brightly coloured food packets. :)
