I'm going to get my STRAWS!!!!!

As many of you know I've been looking for straws for the last couple of months....Today the lady from Petco called and I'm going to get them

. They got four in this morning and........I'm getting all of them!!!!! It is a 100 mile trip each way so pics won't be up until tonight! I'm so excited I had to tell [smilie=banana.gif] [smilie=clap.gif]

WOW! What a drive! (I understand driving quite far for things where I live...) Congrats on the Straws! There's some at my petco now, but I don't have the room and I want to make sure that everything would be 100% perfect for them. The price puts me off a bit too

It seems like everything is falling into place: Just bought the 75 gal yesterday

I only wanted 3, but they got 4 in and I didn't want to leave it by itself so I told her to hold all 4

. My mom is going with me and she said she would buy one of them! I want to leave right now, but I have to wait on the air condition guy before I can go

. The air condition man apparently doesn't get in a hurry for much [smilie=banghead.gif] . AND I got a different person at Petco and he said they couldn't hold them until the morning. I am going to be one UNHAPPY customer in the morning if they aren't there

Wow! That must be so fustrating!

I'd just tell the airconditioning man to forget it, come tomorrow and go get my crabs! But then not sure how hot it is over there.

It is 86 in the house. I've had to put ice bottles in the tat to cool it off to 80. As we speak I am sitting in front of a fan, lol. I'd rather wait until I have the conditions back to normal anyway and if we hadn't already gave the deposit of $2400

for the new air condition I would have thought about it

Maybe if you paid for them with a credit card over the phone they can hold them in the back for you with a sold sign on them....?

Tried that...........he said they usually don't sell that many so I should be ok. He better hope so

Hope you remember to call first in the morning before you make the drive. I'm hoping they are all still there for you.
