There should be directions.. :? I don't use dechlorinater (don't beat me up people!!) so this is a total guess, but most people use like 1 or 2 drops, I believe. :|

Then down size it. How much do you need to put in for five gallons?

1 teaspoon. I am not stupid, I just don't know how to divide 1 tsp by ten. I do not own anything that measures 1/10th of a teaspoon

Ok, how about putting enough drops into a measured teaspoon make a full teaspoon and divide that amount by 10? That way you know how many drops from your bottle is 1/10th of a teaspoon and can put that straight into the water.

Okay, I did it. It takes 80 drops to fill the 1 teaspoon.....so, it would take 8 drops of Aqua Safe to make 1 gallon of dechlorinated water. Maybe this will help others!!! Thanks so much to Raen for the idea!!!

ummm one small thing- I believe the BioExtract is to enhance a slime coat on the fish- which isn't good for hermies...

I was looking at that exact same thing. I don't think it would be good drinking water because of this. :dontknow:

Really....that was the only one for removing Chlorine, Chloramine, and heavy metals......

It says the bioExtract is for healthy, clear water. It says it contains natural biopolymers which support the development of beneficial filter bacteria for healthy clear water....
