Can i use this?

I got a coconut! Im gunna give some to my hermies, but u know on the shell of it, theres this brown stuff that comes off? Can i give that to them to?

Yep, yep! That stuff is high in cellulose and might aid in molts. The crabs love eating it. :)

Yes, the brown "husk" is perfect for crabs. It does contain cellulose and aids in molts, as mentioned above. It is a definite good food source for the crabs. I even save some of the husk and put it in a little baby food jar and store it in my drawer full of hermit crab foods (YES, I have on eof those! Well... actually two. :oops: ).

Kili, don't feel bad! :P I have 3 hermit crab draws. :lol: The 2 smaller ones are half way full and the BIG one is cram full. :hlol: Fell no shame. :wink:
