So Edmund and Peyton were bickering over the highest part of the branch in their tank and I didn't think anything of it since I've seen them do it a lot, but then I heard what sounded like laughing! Creepy, creepy laughing. :| Has anyone else had a hermie that made a sound that sounded like laughing?

"Chirping" can be a sign of aggression and a prelude to a fight. i recommend getting rid of what they are fighting over, remove the highest part of the branch if possible. or separate them, but you may have a fight on your hands if you are not careful

I have had crabs turn and kick other crabs off ledges and then turn their backs on them, like they are saying ha! take that! I have had crabs block entry / exit ways down from the corner caddy, they just sat on the branch and would move if an other crab wanted out, so now I make sure there are 2 ways out & down or up.

I have a crab that use to go about and pick fights with everyone for no apparent reason, more than the usual shell fights. He'd kick people out of there hidy holes, and out of the hermie hut I have for them until one of my oldest went over and put him in his place. I still don't know why he was doing all this, but he's stopped now thankfully. The thing I found most ironic about it was that the oldest was Horus, and the one who was picking fights is Set, which for those of you who don't know Egyptian Mythology, the two of them fought over the throne of the gods after Set killed his brother. I just felt it was too ironic not to share. Horus won in the myth by the way. :D
