I've had mine all head for high places in the tank in rainy weather. I would guess it's a natural instinct to move to higher ground during rain.

I tried to see if they do anything different when the tv/video games in the room start flashing and popping with lights and the rest of the room is dark, but so far nothing. When we get storms here I feel like the whole house shakes and the dog goes running for the closet, but the crabs just act like it's any other day.

Barometric pressure does seem to affect them. The few times we've have major depressions (hurricane remnants) the crabs were all acting bizarre for a few days. I'm sure it was confusion that it wasn't raining in the tank, since they probably have adapted to knowing that low pressure means severe rainstorms and flooding.
