Grapes is bullying/attacking my new straws!
Grapes is bullying/attacking my new straws!
And the straws are all bigger than her! She basically gets on their backs and flip the straws over. She had done this 3 times since this morning when I put them in, and I'm afraid she thinks they're intruders and will eat the straw. I gave them all a bath before putting them in. Should I separate Grapes? Or what else should I do? I have like 4 other shells for Grapes' size, so I don't think this is shell fight. My ruggie and Baby Grapes has no problem with the new crabs. It's only Grapes the Indo who does this. What should I do?
Re: Grapes is bullying/attacking my new straws!
When my E, Bella was doing this to everyone, I would catch her in the act, pick her up, give her shell a good tap with my finger, then put her back in the tank away from where she was. After doing this 2 times she stopped. Not sure if I really helped but it's worth a shot.
Re: Grapes is bullying/attacking my new straws!
I did that too, but Grapes isn't the afraid of me type. But if that works for Bella I think I'll continue doing that to Grapes and see if she changes.
Re: Grapes is bullying/attacking my new straws!
My Bella is not afraid of me at all either. But I think she got tired of me moving her across the tank and she really didn't like me tapping her shell.

I see
It looks like it's completely worth a shot, thanks!
