HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Does anyone still play this game? I just started playing and was pretty excited when I caught a hermit crab. I tried to upload the pic but the forum doesn't gel well with my 3DS.

I still play. It's actually my sons game but I have a spot on it (he's the mayor though).

I used to play animal crossing: wild world (ds lite) I loved that game!

Cool! It's a neat little game, but sometimes my attention span just isn't there. The "real time" aspect makes everything soooo slow.

New Leaf is the first version I've played. Judging from some of the things the shop owners and villagers say, they must be characters from previous versions.

Oh, no! What happened? 6-8 weeks is pretty common for Nintendo repairs. Hopefully it was under warranty! I've found Nintendo to be the easiest to work with when it comes to video game hardware companies.

I have put in over 1000 hours and have 4 towns.

whoa! I didn't know you could even have more than one town. Is it something that you unlock? When I made a new character, it just made me a citizen of my current town.

I haven't played much in the recent months.
I used to be insane about it. Involved in the online communities - selling, trading, stalk market, adopting in and out, but not for a long while.

I found myself getting tired of my towns after a few months and often resetting them.
Right now my digital copy has my "main" town that is currently a bit abandoned but it has all my stuff and money in the town and I don't want to have to bug friends - once again - to hold my stuff while I reset [which usually takes me weeks to decide on a town], and I've been doing resets on my physical copy to spark interest again. Stuck with one town who's layout I liked, but after exploring it for a few days, I'm not a fan anymore (this is my usual demise) So I think we'll be back to resets soon [when I beat the after story of Alpha Sapphire)

Same. I just gave away 2 cartridges

I played...but then there was Pokemon X...Y...Omega Ruby...whoops.

I'm 26 and I play Pokemon... Lol

I have digital Pokémon but have not once played it.
