Total newbie at expanding foam creations here.
I am thinking of making a platform across the corner of my pool using a triangular piece of egg crate. Thinking of doing the 2 short sides as walls going down to the sub to support the platform. If I do one side and let it dry. Then do the other and let it dry and then run a strip down the join will this stay stuck? As it won't be up against anything it doesn't matter if it is not flat or quite square. It will sort of be a cave on the inside and a cliff on the outside. Nothing going down into the pool from it at this stage. Just a platform where they can hang out on the egg crate and get the humid air coming from the pool. The egg crate will be resting on the top rim of the pool.

Well that was interesting. Not sure it was successful though but I think it will work. Zip tied cardboard to the egg crate and then tried to free form

Better outcome than I thought I may get. This is just sitting over a shallow container at the moment but after cutting some out of the front I think it may be usable.
