DIY Hermie Hut

I just made my Hermies a new hut and thought it turned out really cute so i wanted to share.

several other people have made huts kinda like this.

Take a lid from one of those blank CD cases. (the type that is like a dome)
Using sissors cut a door in it.
Burn the edges with a lighter to make them smooth.
Cut a peice of Cocofiber climbing wall and glue (with a Hermie safe glue) it around the outer sides. Use clothes pins or rubber bands to hold it in place while your glue dries.

Cover the top and the area above the door with glue and stick moss to it.
And now you have a Moss covered Tree stump Hermie House

Very cool! I may have to try this one myself. I'm not very "crafty", but the directions sound simple enough. What sort of glue did you use?

100 % Silicone not really a glue but it works like one

another thing you could do is use a nylon thread or hemp string... and Sew it to the CD cover thingy... like poke holes in it and rune twine threw and tie the cocoMat on ...
