These 1.5" suction cups do not have to be moistened to adhere and have a split top that allows the insertion of a vine or slim rope. Just squeeze the sides of the suction cup to pop that slot open.
The associate started to warn me that only the small Christmas lights would fit when I cut him off and told him what I really wanted them for. Props to this fella: he not only knew what hermit crabs were but immediately understood why these would work in a crabitat!
These were installed on Thursday and haven't dislodged yet! Woohoo!!
Perhaps I shouldn't be too overly optimistic as Felix hasn't attacked them yet but they've held up to Big Enzo so I think they'll work. Caveat: as these are seasonal items, if you think they'll work for you, grab 'em now!
