What's your favorite place to get your moss?

Honestly, I buy from the pet store. I've tried saving some money with the bigger organic bags of sphagnum moss sold in the lawn and garden section but they're so full of prickly things and such, it wasn't worth it to me. This is my favorite moss but I also use this one if I can't get the other.

Same as Calla! I go for the block of Sphagnum at the pet store. (Not those dinky boxes of sphagnum, it's overpriced.) Craft store mosses aren't safe as they've been treated for insects, and I don't like the quality of the garden mosses either. I use the $4 garden one for my snake, but that's because he likes to use it as a toilet and I'm having to change it out every week. With him I don't care if it's covered in dirt and has big viney pieces, but I don't feel comfortable giving that to the hermits.

They really are. Petco is closest to me and that's all they carry. :( When I can, I run to PETsMART for the bricks.

Thank you guys! I really appreciate it. I was sure someone had it figured out, haha.
