My hermits are spoiled too! 3 out of 4 have been with me for just barely a week now but all of them are still very skiddish and afraid even though they've got it good. Don't have to go far for food or water, they climb stuff, bury themselves, etc. Lucky jerks don't even have to get jobs! Lol

Lol! My Es are very friendly with me. I have had them about a month. They don't run from me. And my little E is upset she clings to my hand when I put it in the tank to do something (she was very upset about the 2 new PP I got for Vday lol) my little PP loves my g/f she comes out of hiding for her lol. My big PP he is just laid back and doesn't care much about anything. I wish I was has spoild as they are lol

omg I love it!!!! Will definitely try your ideas out. I usually just cut a coconut in half and use it as a hut. The hermies love to shred the few pieces of husk. But some ideas for the coco huts would be amazing!!

I just got the coconuts in yesterday. I have a couple ideas for them. I'm ordering more bamboo also.

Not hard at all! I keep them above ground (otherwise, my little turd of a hermit crab, will drag ALL of his food into them). There's no holes in the rock bottom for dirt to get into, and they're fairly big so no hard to get to corners. :)

How much water do you put in? I have small crabs! These are absolutely gorgeous!

I really like the shell pools! I make a lot of my own crab décor as well but I keep it to suction-cup second stories, beach inserts, vines, and swings
Bands, Dreamcatchers, and Hermit crabs
