In case anyone saw this, I bought one of these last month and it works great! It's 60oz at the tallest line, much easier to measure out conditioner for, and the nozzle loosens and tightens to change how it sprays, the mist setting, once you get it nice and pumped up, is AMAZING!

It's a perfect actual mist setting, and there's a button on the handle that to slide forward so it sprays without you having to hold the trigger. The only thing I recommend is filling it up over the sink and pumping then spraying it still in the sink if you have to take the lid off and put it back on. If you don't have the cap screwed on just right, water pours everywhere when you pump.

WOW! That's awesome! I got a regular spray bottle from petsmart, it was HORRIBLE, it stopped working after a few months. But this one liiks really cool, I'm definitely going to check it out! Thanks

Make sure to release the pressure between uses, even though it's a pain. I had one that was the same design from Exoterra that lasted a few months before the seams on the handle cracked and it wouldn't hold pressure anymore. After talking with my local pet shop lady, she said it was a common problem if they're kept under pressure constantly.

I have the same spray bottle. I like it well enough but it leaks out of the handle if I tip it back. I'm thinking the one I picked up must have been damaged in some way and I should have exchanged it then. It doesn't hold pressure as well as the first one I had did (exo terra). Ah well, it works and that's what counts.

The exo terra one I had, the lock button broke almost right away but otherwise was great. I dropped it one day and broke the nozzle right off. It still worked but only on stream.

I agree with Wode, you should always release the pressure when you're done.

I like the garden version of these. They come with a hose to dispense from which also has the hold down continuous spray action. I enjoy wetting my tat with sharpshooting accuracy. They call me the humidi'sniper! At least that's what i'd like to think..

I got a heavy duty one from an adoption and it even sprays upside down. It's perfect for spraying corners and other hard to reach areas.

Stupid question, but how do you release the pressure? When I pump it, I pump it up enough then let it spray until the water stops coming out, is that what you mean?

And mine doesn't leak if you set it on it's side or hold/tilt it either way, I think there might be something wrong with the way the lid sits on yours? like a messed up plastic seam when you screw on. Mine does that if I don't line up the seams perfectly when screwing the lid back on.

I think spraying until it stops will release the pressure all the way. I can't remember if that design has a release valve. I have a jumbo yard sprayer now from Home Depot, and that has a quick release twist valve on the bottle.

Yeah, I think mine is messed up in some way. I release pressure just by unscrewing the lid a bit, then tightening again after it's let out.
