blue light for night
Can I use a blue heat bulb for night time use

It needs to specifically be a reptile night or moonlight bulb to not bother them.

You should be able to. Here is a post with all you need to know about Lighting. Just check under the "Blue or Moonlight/Moon-glow bulbs" section. It should answer all of your questions about all the different types of lights you can use.
