Where /if at all would I be able to get a UVB light that would be low enough wattage to place directly on my glass lid for light without cracking the glass? What should I use? Thanks!

Putting it over a glass lid will defeat the purpose. The glass will block the UVB. Check out this thread for more info: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=92543.
