New enclosure
I am very excited that I have finished my new enclosure for my 2 PPs and 1 baby wild hermie. I built a 40" long x 16 wide x 22 high lucite tat.
I plan to put 8 inches of sand/EE. I have a 10" long driftwood and several coconut halves, 2 water dishes, and a food dish.
So, I just have no eye for design. I have looked at some pics here for ideas, but It's sometimes hard to gauge the size. If anyone can draw a design based on my specs, would be greatly appreciated! Or maybe a pic of a similarly sized tat too would be great. Pls help this uncreative [GRINNING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

Re: New enclosure
If you look at tank sizes in the 75g range, I imagine that it would give you an idea.
For me, I tend to be drawn towards having a forest size and a beach size. FW is on the forest side, SW on the beach. forest is mostly/all EE, beach is all/mostly sand. Plastic plants tend to "dominate the forest size, full of climbing places, the beach has a few "vine but in comparison, mostly open besides a few coconut halves and rocks.
It really depends on the individual and what they like. As long as you have the basics, the crabs really don't care what it looks like.

Re: New enclosure
Looks good so far, you may want to add some fake plants or fish net for them to climb, also shower caddies work great for second levels

Will do. I need to get the second level stuff this coming week...
Well, Papi is out in the daylight wandering. He usually only comes out at night. He seems to be eating some Palm tree branch fibers that I collected at the beach!
The other two hermies are still hiding...

I am amazed how active they are in the new enclosure, even during daylight! Very fun to watch
The old 10 gallon obviously was not so fun...
