Has anyone thought of making a pit for coco husk rather thean moss. And by husk I mean the hairy stuff.

Great! I'm going to open a coconut later. Should I wet it down, where it, anything special? I'm thinking about making another coco hut, seeing as Harry can't fit in the other i made for him anymore.

Do you mean shredding the outside of the coconut and putting it all in a little spot for them? What's the husk?

Yes I mean shredding the outside. I'm having humidity problems and can't aford miss so i think I'm gonna do this.

I have some extra moss I can send you. I bought a big bag when I was moving and made a bunch of ISO totes. I don't really use moss in my tank much.
