I bought white play sand from a hardware store nearby and its got what looks to be black rocks in it. I used it for my iso tank but made sure I sifted the rocks out in fear that it would scratch my hermie.

My question is, would it be okay for me to keep these rocks in? Should I sift them out each time I use it? Or should I just find another brand of sand? If so, any particular type of brand recommended?
