repti fogger

Post by sdevine » Wed Jun 29, 2011 6:05 pm

So I've been researching and reading threads and went and got one today.

I must have gotten a dud because it is a piece of junk!! No mist, fog, NOTHING I can just barely feel anything coming out of it on high. Not at all what I was hoping it would be. I guess it goes back tomorrow, just too expensive not to provide anymore humidity than it is.

Back to square one!!

I would contact the company, or buy a different one. I know that mine puts out so much fog that for my 90 I have to run it on the lowest setting and it only runs 3 times a day for 15 minutes. With the top vented a fair amount my humidity stays from 82 to 85.

It's been going for two hours in my 125 and I have only climbed by 2! It was the only one on the shelf, maybe I can swing by the petco and see if they have one.

So glad that it worked for you! I just love mine. It made all my low humidity problems go away.

I LOVE mine also!! The crabbies are still a little weary of it, but getting used to it- they used to BOLT to the other side of the tank when it came on, now they sit there and look at it. I have it on a timer. Humidity is perfect all the time now. I have had it less than a week.
