Theres a freshwater crabbie!

I just learned something amazing! apparently out of all the approximate 500 species of hermit crabs there is
only one that can live in freshwater. it's called the
Clibanarius fonticola and the only type of shell they are able to get in their native habitat are "horned nerite snail" shells, pic
here. I want some so bad D:

Wait, isn't the pic just a nerite snail? Unless there is a crab inside....
Anyway, thats really cool. I wonder if they would be similar to the MHC we can buy as pets/clean up crew.

Here's the thread I found about them (not on hca). note they are in shells they wouldn't find in the wild so they look a bit like any normal mhc :)
