Miso and my frustration with Pet supplies plus

this is Miso he was rescued from pet supplies my closest local pet store, who either have no idea how to take care of their hermit crabs or just don't care. every time I go In pet supplies plus and peek into the hermit crab tank it has less than an inch of extremely dry walnut desert bedding, a dried up water dish, and very hot light practically baking them. one day I made a quick stop to collect my usual hermit crab supplies and noticed a dead dry looking hermit crab in their tank.thinking out loud I mumbled something about the poor care of the crabs to my boyfriend while a worker was standing next to me when I got to the counter she rang me up and marked every single one of the seventeen one dollar bills with a counterfeit checking marker as if they were fake mind you I worked at a place were we checked the money before it entered the drawer and we never ever had to check one dollar bills. wish I had more room to adopt their poorly treated crabs, is there any polite way I can help change the way their crabs are being cared for?
