Crabitat Pictures
Can you guys please give me ideas by posting pics of you tank, I really have no idea how to arrange my crabitat . I've got everything a crab could want (I've got a 16 gallon if you are curios), but it is arranged in a super disorganized fashion that is really inconvenient for the crabs. The branches are in the way of everything, the crabs can't reach the moss pit because of the water dish. It is getting pretty dysfunctional. I would post a picture of mine currently, but Tapatalk is giving me a hard time. Thanks!

Here are a few of my tank. Sorry if the fogger made it too steamy to see what's really going on!

Re: Crabitat Pictures
I have a 55 gallon tank, which I love, but I find it a little narrow. In the future I may upgrade but for now it's fine. I want to rearrange as well as add a second level. Waiting on more cholla as well. There are isopods in there but I haven't seen them in months.

So tapatalk is working at last! I am still working on the tank, but it is going good!
The tank:
New crab Thyme enjoying some agave nectar and banana (well, walking away from a satisfying meal):
New crab Boomer inspecting the shell selections:
Ok, I am going picture posting crazy but who cares!
More water in the process of being distilled because I used the rest of my distilled water to saturate the EE:
Thyme enjoying strawberry, natural organic pasta, and kale yesterday:
Boomer just crawling around having a good time:
Plato won't let me get a good pic of him, and Eager and Ghast are molting, so I am going to stop my celebratory picture posting frenzy!

Re: Crabitat Pictures
Looking better every time I see it Teedeums! And I bet the crabs are liking it too.
(Also, is your UTH's below the substrate? Remember, you want it about the substrate line as you want to heat the air, not the sand. )

I'll move it, It used to be entirely above the sub (when the sub was to low), but when I added more I forgot to move it up.

Re: Crabitat Pictures
Looks like some good progress . And don't worry, it took me a year to get all my stuff, so it's ok to go a little slow if you want. That way you can research and study other peoples' tanks and get ideas. Good luck on it!
