The cuteness of these hermits overwhelmes me at times!! I love watching them at night!! I just had to share these photos. I purchesed a piece of monapi wood for my hermits and they love it. I am going to add another piece since it has been such a popular spot!

How did you make your cholla wood stand like that to where it doesn't fall?

I used craft wood sticks and anchored them into the cholla and down into the substrate. I got a pack of 24 sticks at Wal-Mart in the craft section for 0.97. They are each about 12 inches long. They seem to be working well so far. I just got tired of suction cups not working and decided to try something diffrent.

No I just took these photos when their red night light was on. I use a zoo med red heat bulb at night and they really seem to like it.
