Stark, Tony and HulkBuster

Post by Starakia » Sun Nov 01, 2015 9:44 am

Hi guys these are two of the three hermit crabs living with me. First pic is of Stark. Second shot is HulkBuster. I'll have to try and get a pic of Tony.

HulkBuster has recently changed into a lovely natural shell. Just have to wait for Stark to do the same then they'll all be safe from horrid paints.

As promised here are some pics of Tony and HulkBuster in her new shell.
I'm in love with the little hairs all over their legs and on their eyes Image

Thanks so much
They are so hard to get a decent photo of them, all they want to do is run away lol.

Such amazing photos. You must have one heck of a camera. My camera is terribly blurry whenever I try and use the zoom, and I don't know why. What do you use for lighting when you take photos?

Thanks so much for the positive feedback!
My camera is a Canon EOS700D and I was using a 100mm macro lens. So the overall setup is pretty basic.
This is the lighting kit that I used. However I have swapped out the halogen lights for white fluorescent bulbs. I have one on either side plus lighting sitting on top of the studio box.
