HCA: Hermit Crab Association

4 of my PP's have been down for about a month. Big Fella is still down, but Coral, Lil Fella and Spindle are all up! They all came up within a day or two of each other. Still waiting for Coral to change shells, but the others took care of that 1st thing when they hit surface!

Gave them some turkey on Thanksgiving, she was eating for a while and then decided to drag a piece bigger than herself off somewhere to eat in privacy. Selfish lil one!

This is Mr. Crabs. I currently have an emergency thread out on him. He changes shells literally every night. All 3 photos below are him. He has amazing coloring

Now I am just waiting for Pearl and Big Fella to surface from their molts and to figure out what the heck happened to Blue! Praying Mr. Crabs didn't kill him for his shell. Grrr

Congrats on the successful molts! They are all so adorable I can't stand it! Great pics!

Oh my goodness!! that's great Coral would love Timothy! She was shell shopping last night forever. I added a bunch of new shells and she went to each and every one and sat on them flipped them over, stuck her head all the way in them to check them out, I was sure she was going to pick a new one. But this morning she was still in the same ol' shell! She is extremely attached to it. I really hope she picks a better fitting shell (its getting small on her) soon!

lil fella changed into a green turbo yesterday, so now I can't tell him and Spindle apart anymore from above, until I see their coloring!
