HCA: Hermit Crab Association

I work across the street from a shopping center, including a Publix, Dollar store, and a Pet Supermarket. On breaks I usually walk over to Publix, (passing PetSupermarket) and cannot help stopping and looking at their crabs. All in painted shells, but not in a horrible crabitat. I have been eyeing these two for a couple weeks. Always active, friendly. Broke down today and got these two home. Within 15 minutes they both changed shells and have been exploring ever since. Happy Friday!

Very pretty crabs! Glad they switch out of those painted shells so fast

I woke up to -20* this morning. It is such a treat to see happy crabs on green grass. congrats!

Wow thats cold!!! I felt like I was freezing this morning when it was 50*. Now its sunny and warm. No jacket needed. Florida weather changes quick.
