Es and straws

I can never get good shots of my Es, they are just so fast, and small and blend into the background so well. But recently I got some decent shots of the two who are up.

Gangplank

He thought he had a bridge of grass over the salt water dish which would hold his weight and let him not get his dainty feet wet.

But sometimes things seem like a good idea at the time-still holding on while dangling precariously above the water

KER-PLOP!

Gangplank to self: It's cool, nobody saw that.

Fifi never lets me get a good shot of her-I think she hates me.

And a couple of Salty just because she is so darn pretty!

Really good looking crabs! Lots of neat shells! That's a really bright straw you have too!

So beautiful! Do you edit your pics at all or are your Straws really that intense red?

Thanks everyone! Yes, I edit photos and I highly recommend it (even though it takes time). So many pics that I thought were throw-aways I was very happy with after I'd edited them, and I like doing it. I use this site: https://pixlr.com/editor/ and it allows me to crop, sharpen, change the contrast or color saturation, pretty simple stuff and LOVE it! :D

Here's a before and after example of Saltie.

Saltie is just as cute either way I think. :)

Still a very vivid red! And yes, cute either way :) I rarely edit pics that I take with my phone since I'm lazy, but I like to play around whenever I break out the "real" camera. Guess I should try it with the crabs sometime since I know it makes a big difference, if I ever get un-lazy.
