Might use my carving bits and my dremel to make some beautiful engravings on the tapestry turbos, any suggestions for designs?
Edit: lol at my dog in most of the pics

Lol, thank you! My PPs are a couple different sizes actually, I have two strong mediums (one possible large) and two smalls, so these shells are actually quite different in size when put next to each otherEmm33333 wrote:Those new shells look big and gorgeous! Your dog is so cute! I probably say those shells are big cause all I've ever had are small PP's. The ones I'm adopting are smallish medium and large so I'll probably be getting some of those shells too!
Thanks! Yeah they always find ways to photobomb in the cutest waysdaws409 wrote:Beautiful shells! Love the dog addition. One or more of children are usually in my tat pics due to reflections.

I have two engraved shells already, one of the dolphin and one of the turtle, just smaller than the ones I got todayGotButterflies wrote:I've never purchased shells that have engraving. I'd be curious to know if the crabs used them. Can't wait to see your artwork!
They really are! I mean, If you've got the tools, shells, and time, why not?GotButterflies wrote:Cool! Good to know! They are pretty!
I'd assume they'd be into anything that makes the shells lighter, since that's the kind of augmentation they're about in the wild.GabyRaven wrote:... they don't know the difference I don't think.
True yeah, though even then it's not by much, the turtle one is definitely heavier without the carving though I've held an uncarved vs a carved one and you could feel the differenceLadyJinglyJones wrote:I'd assume they'd be into anything that makes the shells lighter, since that's the kind of augmentation they're about in the wild.GabyRaven wrote:... they don't know the difference I don't think.
Also, I love that your dog is afraid of the hermits!
