A Wild Crab - too cute not to share!

Post by aussieJJDude » Fri Jul 20, 2018 5:10 am

Currently on a holiday in Phuket, Thailand and had to share this awesome find that I found when my group was trekking though a forest....

A wild crab appeared! I at first thought that I bright red spider near one of my friends leg - poor thing screamed! - but then realised thats not spider! Its a crab! Had to take a couple of happy snaps - and got bitten by some ants in the process - so promptly gave up on the photoshoot and let the crab - and myself - continue on our merry ways! Wish I could of just scooped it up and take it with me, always wanted a terrestrial crabby as a pet; but will not make the slightly long journey back home - including a 10hr stop over in Malaysia.. yay -_- !

Bonus picks:
Lizard of some kind!

I did have fun. It was good to travel when its winter, and in between the semester break for uni.

Word of advise, dont get a morning flight to Kuala Lumpur airport (after 11pm) as literally all stores are closed until 4+ am... which we didnt eat prior to 12pm, so my group is dead hungry!
