Love your spider crab! Must have got bit by a spider in the crabitat LOL.

I'm glad you said the pic was not upside-down, because I was ready to turn my phone around to get a better look lol!

Awesome pic. It amazes me sometimes how they seemingly cling onto nothing!

(I thought for a second you got a spider crab as a pet. was extremely interested to see the aquarium!)

It’s always fun to watch them climb upside-down!

When I brought home my first crab and put him in his tank, I placed him on this popsicle stick bridge I made. He immediately scuttled to the side and started walking over the edge. I panicked and was like omg hes gonna fall and wreck himself, but thankfully before I could try to stop/"save" him, I watched as his whole shell flipped upside down and he walked along the underside of the bridge like it was no big thing. I was pretty impressed with my new friend after seeing that!

Those are both some adorable danglers!

Yeah it's so shocking when you find out what good climbers they are. It's funny though because if you think about it at all it makes perfect sense that they're excellent climbers. Hermit crabs are basically just movable grappling hooks.

Spider Crab, Spider Crab, does whatever a Spider Crab does
Can he fly? No he can't....

Sometimes too much!

Though I'm not entirely sure they cant fly...they've pulled off some amazing stunts!
