Hi everyone

I haven’t been on the forum hardly at all since... well a long time now! About CrabCon I’d guess. Just wanted to update and say hi! I finally got that 72 gallon tank set up and everyone moved in. (Almost, I’ve got a stray molter or two!) But yeah! They’re all doing amazingly well, and seem to love being all together now. So- pictures!!
Freshly molted E riding my Indo, affectionately known as ME.

And Ryder, my beautiful straw, hanging around. He’s so fun to watch.

Barry is incredibly shy, and also incredibly dark colored! I love that- she’s a blackberry color, and a PP. Beautiful! She’s back in a Fox shell today tho.

One of the two remaining Es of mine. They’re def a favorite breed, but we did not have the best luck with our bunch; we lost 6 in the first year, out of two diff habitats. Sad. Anyway, this fella recently changed into this bigger shell and it’s odd seeing an E with room to spare! ImageImage He needs to go show his buddy what to do now. And no, I did not name either of these two surprisingly! The ones I named all passed, so I quit!

See?? Pre shell-change!! Such a tiny shell lol

Some night time wheel play! That’s my Corn on the cholla, with Princess and Ryder in the wheel. (Yes he changes shells almost daily!)

So, now that I have that part done, I’ll show you what I’ve been so busy with! We have been raising chickens! I’ve met a good group on that forum too, but I still miss my crabbie friends too. Image RiNiKy506 and I talk almost daily though, so I keep up with more of you than you think! Anyway, we now have a total of 11, although I have raised 15, and given away 3 roosters so far. Two flocks- one regular and one bantam. Regular sized flock has one huge 10+lb rooster who is a big baby for me and my husband but nobody else lol, and then 3 hens. They used to be cuddly but now the roo won’t allow that. The banties though- they’re my babies!! We have 4 roosters and 3 girls in that group and it needs some thinning out! Gotta find homes for two of those boys, or girls to go with them! Anyway, here are some pics of my other babies that are also an ancient creature, genetically speaking! Tiny velociraptors.

And yes, my son is in a couple of these bc he is the chicken whisperer! The one on his head is our Chip- literally the BEST chicken ever. Love that bird. The kid is ok too I guess. ImageImage totally jk!!

I can put it on my YouTube and do it that way if you want? I’m pretty sure I saved it. It is an adorable video, definitely needs to be shared!
