I would avoid the gourmet turtle food since it contains copper sulfate which is a preservative. It contains a few other items I would need to research.

The red shrimp are safe since nothing has been added!

Not sure how much your guys like dried mealworms, but mine LOVE them. I see they're in the turtle food. I buy mine in bulk on Amazon. Usually a 2 lb bag. I use them to mix in with my wild birdseed too.

Ive offered it to them but they dont seem to like it. One of them literally flicked it out of my fingers with their legs when I put it in front of them.
