christmas party do and dont

I'm sorry but some people are just plain rude! We had the clinic Christmas party at a placeccalked martini. It's a bar and very $ if you ask me not even worth it, just paying for the name and the buildings it's in. Anyway the lady I work for she isn't a real Dr so she has to have one at her clinic at least once a week, well she invites him to this party. Ok fine but then he hands out Christmas card / bonus checks to all of the workers in front of me.He doesn't own this building she does, he comes here to practice. I'm sorry but that is rude! I work my butt off cleaning that place although I am not employed him I still clean the part he uses don't I? He could of gave them out this week when he saw them at work. Or at least asked if I was going to be there gave me a card. Then all the girls get out there camera and start snapping pictures of themselves in group shots to post on face book, not one person asked me to be in the shot..yep I know where I stand.. Just the cleaning lady..was very hurtful. Next year I don't think I will even go. Will stay home. Got a bonus check from the library.. 100$ there no one treats you as an outsider. The only way the clinic gives bonus checks is if Medicare comes through w a big check. Then I might get a one. Last year they asked me if I wanted to give money to get the boss a gift card to a spa th ing j bout said really? You don't include me in on anything all year long, ignore me when I walk in the door and you want me to give money for a gift card?
