More trouble with mom's new husband.

@Laurie, turns out he's already lost his job and now he doesn't know what he's gonna do because he's got no money and no job.I'm going with my mom either Wednesday or Thursday to see an attorney to start proceedings so Bruce is trying to talk her into staying with him which isn't going to happen because he has burned the toast, he knows this but he doesn't know to what extent and so now that he's out of work for the fourth time in the last year he's grasping at straws trying to keep his meat hooks dug into my mothers back.She told me yesterday that she learned two valuable lessons never try to meet someone on social media and never marry somebody you don't know.I've got his number blocked on my phone so he can't contact me and he's going through thirty emotions at once and then he cools down for a few minutes and then goes right back to acting irrational and one of my older cousins said that it sounded like the man is on Meth which is what the moonshiners up there in Arkansas cook so it's not a far stretch to believe that he's gotten his hands on some my mother even found a bottle of Jack Daniels hidden in his sock drawer so he has a seriously bad drinking habit which he also lied about.I can't agree more that he's getting what he deserves he's already been accused of raping the daughter of one of his previous girl friends which he said he didn't do and the court system cleared him of but now we aren't so sure that there wasn't a serious miscarriage of justice when he was let off because he's got this cave man mentality of what is yours is mine and what is mine is mine so he could have been treating the womans teen aged daughter as property....I've got a couple of words that describe him to tee he's a Troglodyte(a mythical cave dweller that was incapable of intelligent thought or speech and walked on its knuckles)and a Cro-Magnon(early hominid also a cave dweller and only a small bit more intelligent than a troglodyte).I called him these things to his face and you could tell he had no idea what they were which just proved my case even more.lol

She may not have to file together. They may be able to file separate, but only a pro could answer that question. I would kind of let him know what happened and if the tax pro suggests filing together or separate. If she can file separate it would probably be to her benefit.

@Jenok, yeah we are supposed to be going to see our tax lady sometime in the next couple of weeks because mom is not going to Arkansas to file because legally they both have to file here in GA and he doesn't seem to know that and he said that he wasn't ever coming back here so she's going to file separate but married with our tax lady.We are also supposed to be going to see an attorney this week or next to start the divorce proceedings.Bruce has had another mental swing and is now trying to sweet talk my mother into staying with him because he aint got a job and doesn't want to have to go to jail for failure to pay alimony because he wont pay it, he'll let it ride and ride and wined up in jail.I'm ready for this mess to be over with..
