Started with a 257 night weight and a 253 morning weight. I am down to a 249 night weight and a 248 morning weight. The eating did bring my weight up one week but it came back down the next so it just kinda voided the 1-2lb loss I should've had. Still don't know why the morning and night weights don't reflect the same loss? I weigh on Thursday night between 9pm & 10pm then again on Friday mornings around 7am.

Don't weigh your self so much, you get discouraged. I weighed myself once a day Monday through Friday cause I only had a scale available to me. It was at 5p.m. I found if I pigged out on sugar stuff like ice cream and cake, stuff like that went and just hog wild I gained up to 3 pounds in a week end! So fast to pack it on very hard to get it off! Try drinking those 8 glasses of water. Do not drink sweet drinks, flavored waters, pop, ect. You want ice cream? This is what I do I get the 1/2 cal low fat type now and I have a scoop that is very small almost like a melon ball but the large side, I eat 3. It seems to Saturday me nd I cut a banana up with it get a fruit in it. Watch the calories on the side to and portion, some things you buy are more than one portion count out portions if you have to if you have a craving..sometimes you will go up and down before you start dropping! Leslie sansone are easy walks on you tube that you can do inside, I do these when I can't get out to walk. I mix them up. I might do a mile, 15 min or less in the morning then maybe at night. Don't give up! I ate 3 pieces of cake the other day.. it was so good to but not stressing over it cause I know I will get up and work the calories off and I don't do it every day

Thanks Laurie. I usually only weigh those 2 times during the week. The onlyreason I did a morning weight and a night weight was that I like my morning weight better but since I had it wrote down I figured that I would keep doing a night and a morning weight. I don't weigh the rest of the week so its 1 night weight a week and 1 morning weight a week.

Congratulations! Weight fluctuates during the day and during the month are often due to hormone influences and food intake affecting water retention. The morning number will often be lower and to some more accurate because it is not as easily affected by how much salt you had at lunch for instance. But Fabulous job keeping up with your goal!

I will prob weigh less tomorrow cause today I have been ( pardon my French) peeing a lot! I have been sucking the water like a camel in the desert. I have been dehydrated so bad my lips have started to crack and my throat was dry. I knew from my urine I was dehydrated big time and needed to push water even though I only drink water and tea I am not drinking enough. So I will lose water retention, as far as salt..the only salt I have is what is in the food already. Rarely do I ever salt or even pepper things, or use season salt or Mrs dash..now excuse me I must go......all this talk you know
