Box Turtle--Russian Tortoise?

I'd like to get a Box Turtle or a Russian Tortoise (not yet, It's going to take a while before I can build decent indoor and outdoor enclosures). I've looked up a lot of info and I think I have a handle on the proper care of Box Turtles. BUT all the info I found about Russians is sketchy at best and there's a lot of conflicting advice. One website did refer to Russian Tortoises as "Russian Box Turtles". So, my question is, do Russian Tortoises do well with the same care as Box Turtles or do they need something different?
