For all our newcomers who werent here when the first thread of this was posted (and of my pure curiosity) I decided to remake this! Ill tell you mine-I live my life on the "edge"....................... OF PURE FEAR.I have fear of illness as this took my great grand mother in December of 2012. It happened to come back in February when I got so sick I spent a night in the hospital with IVs and fluids and food being pumped into my body. And to this day we don't know what it was.I have a fear elevators because the wires might snap or it might get stuck.Even at the new CHKD near our house I use the stairs.I also have a fear of being to "stalkury" I have terrible vision and am partially color blind so I have keen hearing. I have to remember not to listen because ofthis. What are your fears?

@HermitCrabby, I'm legally blind due to a genetic degenerative condition, I'm also color blind and I have to be very careful because I'm very injury prone so not being able to see ups the chances that I will get hurt.I can't drive due to my visual impairment. I'm also a free bleeder which means all I have to do is barely bump myself and I bleed.I have acrophobia(fear of heights)and claustrophobia(fear of small spaces).
Hi I have autism so I tend to answer questions very directly and with little emotion so please don't think I'm being rude.

I thought I was scared if heights until I did rock climbing in KY. That was scary and I haven't been near as cautious since.I am slightly afraid of spiders. I have been getting better because in a way, the crabs kinda look like them. I am able to get close enough to count the eyes, but I won't dare to touch one without something to crush it near by.One thing that still does get under my skin and make me shake is aquatic plants when I'm on a boat or swimming. I cannot stand to see plants at the bottom of a lake. I get real shaky just thinking about what could be under it. Don't get me started if one were to wrap around my leg while swimming... I just can't do it...

I have a fear of heights and falling so I took my first step toward conquering it by ziplining down a mountain. My heart hammered the entire morning right up to the moment they triple strap you in and release the door that holds you in place and ... I loved it but I think it was partly because I was preoccupied with the beauty of what was passing under me. Had I been stationary 20 or 30' in the air and just sitting or swinging there (I was above treeline) I probably would've wet the seat. lolI also have a fear of dying early from heart disease. My grandmother died the year she retired while HOSPITALIZED for angina and being prepped for release. My mother survived a heart attack at 51 where a priest in the ER was summoned for last rites because they couldn't get readings on her. Every little pain I get in my arm, neck, chest or back strikes fear in me.
