HCA: Hermit Crab Association

Since midnight of Sunday I have been on a liquid diet.. Then at 5 p.m. I had to drink this nasty STUFF 16oz. Then 32 more oz of water on top of it with in the hour.. Yes it makes you just want make "John " your friend for awhile..think it's easy, try it..Then at 4 a.m. I get to do it all over again. 7a.m. be at the hospital and they won't be doing it(edg (down the throat) & colonoscopy ( well you know the other end) til noon. That's if everything is going good. Right now my head hurts so bad from being hungry, my guts are queasy to..just thinking of drinking that junk makes me want to hurl! Good news was I went to go clean the hair salon and found 20$ in the road!

When I had to to a colonoscopy, it was not fun. I hate any Gatorade other than the red stuff, because it was the red stuff they banned for the procedure. But boy, my bum had never felt better.
