They sell it at the Hermit Crab Patch which would lead me to believe it's ok... anybody else?Found the ingredients:corn meal, soybean meal, alfalfa meal, meat & bone meal, soybean oil, coconut oil, magnesium oxide, zinc oxide, iron sulphate, copper sulphate, calcium iodate, cobalt, calcium carbonate.

It's not particularly great. It contains copper sulphate which is a potentially harmful ingredient. Also, the top ingredients being corn, soy, and alfalfa aren't particularly a good diet, just filler. The top ingredients should be meat or other high-protein sources in a staple diet, and it should also include some sources of spirulina/algea.

I have to agree with JMT here the FMR food is actually not the best commercial food being little different from rabbit or guinea pig food which would be why it doesn't contain any actual animal proteins like shrimp, chicken, krill or even squid so your crabs are missing a large portion of protein in their diet as a result.FMR used to be a reputable company back when I first got into the world of crabbing nearly thirty years ago but the company changed hands and bad business became the business of the day so their products and such lack the quality they had before.

Thank you for answers. I have been putting in other protein sources (fish/chicken bone).
