Funny "made in the Phillipines". I got one of those on one of my shells before. Luckily I saw it before I boiled it.

It's a natural shell--probably polished or harvested in the Phillipines.

I got my order today. I just ordered it late Monday and it was here Thursday. Beautiful shells and packaged great.

Examine the shells carefully. 3 of the shells I bought from them (in the Hermit crab section, no less) had a clear coat on them that started peeling after a couple of months.

Unfortunately the code has to be renewed every so often and I don't have the contact information to get that done and the Nicole our admin who takes care of this hasn't been on in quite some time due to life getting in the way.Sorry to disappoint.
