Aww, wish I had seen this before I ordered my shells for there last week. Oh well, assuming I'm happy with the product, I'll just use it next time I order.

I think that one is a little out of date as in it didn't work for me when I tried it several months back. There was a newer code, but no one seems to know where it went. I haven't been able to find it in searches.

The code worked for me when I ordered a couple of weeks ago. I have ordered from them a few times and the code always works.

You're in North Caroline and it only took 4 days? Seriously? I'm on the Tennessee Georgia border and, well, I'm going on day 12 (excluding the sundays) waiting for mine.I will not be taking my business back to Naples- it's just taking an excessive amount of time.

Backslash- what the heck is going on???? When did you order?!? I got mine within the next week when I ordered. What shipping did you choose. They have a kinda screwballed schedule of shipping and when it should get to your house, well for me it's hard to figure out, but I can figure out when it should arrive.

I ordered it on Saturday the 24th. Tomorrow will be 2 solid weeks since I placed my order. And if it's not here tmw then it won't be till Tuesday, because the post isn't going to be operating on Monday due to.. Labor day? How convenient for them. I have not received any replies to e-mails. It's just like they don't care. It wouldn't be a big deal if they had left me with the means to track the package, so I can at least tell where it is. But Florida to Tennessee shouldn't take more than 1-4 days in all reality.

The tracking information is sent in a email that they send to your to confirm that your order has been sent in.

You should have got your order back on the 5th. Did they loose you order or something??? Did you get a pink slip from the post office because they weren't able to get it to you? I know we sometimes get pink slips because our mail carrier can't get all of the packages to us. Then again she is our friend and she knows we don't mind and will come get it. There was nothing happening on or around the 24th so there shouldn't have been a delay.
