Wow! That sounds like such an awesome experience. How cool was that?! I'm wicked jealous. Poor little guy being stuck with a too small shell. Man I bet he was thrilled to make your aquaintance! How convenient for him that you had spare shells. He must be loving life now. You did an awesome thing Rachel. Glad you had a great time and thanks so much for sharing the pics.Hey Rachel, in this pic http://storage.msn.com/x1pc_jqddVOWRkch ... E7XJzFRvP8 is the white shell to the far left the one that he was in when you found him?

That is SO cool! Nice that you just happened to have some shells for the big guy. Im so surprised that he stayed close, switched shells and even ate in front of you... you'd think he'd run and hide. He was obviously in desperate need of the new shell, and apparently very hungry too. Cool story, and pics!

That shell was so tiny - he must have been so glad to get the new ones. Can't you just imagine him telling his hermit friends about this Really awesome pics.

Wow it must be weird to see the hermies on the beach, when your used to seeing them in a tank or in a pet shop. You did a good hermie deed by getting that guy a new shell, he despretly needed one! Nice pics, too bad you couldn't get a pic of the super small micros.
