ok so im going to order some Isopods sometime this week and im going to use my now empty 20g tank just for them to breed... i know i need at least 100 of the lil buggers..(lol) to even do any good in my 67g tank....so my question is what kind do i get i found this awesome site http://shop.bugsincyberspace.com/Isopods_c15.htmand they sell pill bugs 15 count for $8 they also have dwarf white isopods 20 count for $10....idk what kind to get can any one help me?

@Miko, since I've never used pill bugs or any other kind of isopod I couldn't even begin to tell you which kind to use. Our resident bug expert Jedidiah would be able to tell you but they haven't been on in some time.

15 count is the minimum you need to start a colony. After they breed like rabbits and you get to 100 then you can add them to your tank in batches of 100. You'll probably want 100-200 for a 67g tank.There isn't much difference in terms of care and effectiveness between species, mostly slight difference in preferred temperature range and hardiness to humidity. If they provide a care sheet for your species just follow that.
