Try reducing to 100kb and see if that works, you can use Windows Paint or another photo editing program to resize the picture personally I only post pictures directly to the threads if they are 50kb or less it makes getting them uploaded easier and also saves us on bandwidth usage.We've had problems in the past with members posting several over-sized pictures directly to the their threads which slowed down the site due to the excessive bandwidth usage so we had to try to find a way to prevent it in the future so threads that are extremely photo heavy get deleted first when we do site maintenance as this frees up the most resources the fastest.It's better to post a link to a photo hosting site like Photobucket because it doesn't require that we use any of our bandwidth and makes it so that your photos can be viewed at full size.
